If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items purchased online to us for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original card within 5 business days. Online purchases cannot be refunded in cash. To exchange a product, the original packaging must be returned with the contents intact. Two documents are required: the dispatch note or waybill, and the original tax invoice. ### How do I track my order? A tracking number and the contact information of the courier service will be provided to you. ### What delivery options are available? Various courier services: drop-off boxes (BobGo), Pudo (The Courier Guy), and door-to-door delivery. ### What address do you need for delivery? For deliveries directly to your doorstep, a physical address that is occupied during business hours is required for the courier company. ### How long will delivery take? Delivery can be expected in 4-5 business days once your order has been dispatched. ### Are there any additional charges? Besides your order total and courier costs (if applicable) determined at checkout, there are no additional costs charged. ### Which payment methods are available? We accept EFT proof of payment, Visa and Mastercard through a secure payment gateway from Yoco. ### What is 3D Secure? 3D Secure, also known as Payer Authentication, ensures that no transactions are made by anyone but you.
