1. iOrganic operates on a strict 7 day account for wholesale clients, unless arranged otherwise.
2. iOrganic does not under any circumstances sell products on consignment, unless arranged otherwise.

DELIVERY
1. Delivery costs will be calculated for all MAJOR CITIES and outer lying areas.

DAMAGES / REFUNDS
1. Any defects/damaged goods must be reported at time of delivery/collection.
2. We do not accept liability for any defects/damages reported after the time of
delivery.
3. We are not liable for covering any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods.
4. All products MUST be stored in a cool, dry environment. All products are heat
sensitive and we therefore cannot be held responsible for spoilages that result from incorrect handling.
5. Orders must be checked by the customer on delivery/collection, any discrepancies on your order needs to be reported on delivery/collection.
