Invoicing and payments

iOrganic operates on a strict 7 day account for wholesale clients, unless arranged otherwise.
iOrganic does not under any circumstances sell products on consignment, unless arranged otherwise.

Delivery

Unless Free Delivery, delivery costs will be calculated for all MAJOR CITIES and outer lying areas on a per order basis, unless arranged otherwise.

Damages and refunds

Any defects or damaged goods must be reported at time of delivery or collection.
We do not accept liability for any defects or damages reported after the time of delivery.
We are not liable for covering any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods.
All products MUST be stored in a cool, dry environment. All products are heat sensitive and we therefore cannot be held responsible for spoilages that result from incorrect handling.
Orders must be checked by the customer on delivery or collection, any discrepancies on your order needs to be reported on delivery or collection.
