Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options

We deliver throughout South Africa using established courier services, including door-to-door delivery, Pudo lockers and courier drop-off points. The options available to you, and their cost, are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Timelines

Delivery can generally be expected within 4 to 5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery addresses

For deliveries to your door, we need a physical address that is occupied during business hours. We cannot deliver to a post box.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number together with the courier's contact details, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address. Besides your order total and the courier cost, there are no additional charges.

Collection

Local collection is available in Cape Town. Choose the collection option at checkout and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready.
